AquaPlasmidTM
AquaPlasmid is a
novel aqueous solution-based technology for the isolation and
purification of plasmid DNA. Its manufacturing cost is significantly
lower than spin column based kits and the saving is passed on to the
end users. AquaPlasmid protocol
is as simple as standard alkaline lysis. It is
scalable. Mini, midi, and maxiprep can be completed in as little as
30 minutes. The DNA yield can be up to 10 ug/ml
culture. The isolated DNA
is ultrapure and its A260/A280 ratio often achieves 2.0.

AquaGenomicTM
AquaGenomicTM is a nontoxic aqueous solution
for genomic DNA isolation and purification from a variety of cells
and tissues. It is a multi-functional solution. It can
be used to suspend the cells, lyse the cells, extract the
DNA, and precipitate other cellular components in a single step. You
simply add AquaGenomic Solution to the cell pellet, vortex to
extract the DNA, centrifuge to remove cell debris, and then add
isopropanol to precipitate pure genomic DNA. Mini, midi, maxi, or
even tissue prep can be completed in as little as 15 minutes.
The yield is about 5-10 ug
DNA from 1-2 million cultured human cells, 200 ul of whole blood, 15
mg of feces, 1 ml of microbial cultures, 5-10 mg of animal tissues,
or 10-20 mg of plant tissues.

AquaRNATM
AquaRNATMis
a multifunctional aqueous solution for DNA, RNA, and protein
extraction. It functions to lyse the cells, inactivate RNases, and
extract DNA, RNA, and proteins. DNA and RNA are readily recovered
from the lysate by isopropanol precipitation, while proteins remain
in the supernatant and can be recovered by acetone precipitation. It
allows you to simultaneously isolate DNA, RNA, and proteins for
analyses from the same cells, tissue, or organism, making
it possible to get more out of your limited and precious
samples, or
to save time, money and labor by doing three extractions
concurrently. Additionally,
AquaRNATM can be used to
inactivate residual RNases in purified RNA and DNA samples to
ensure their integrity and stability.

AquaBluerTM
AquaBluerTM
is a specially formulated 10x concentrated and Bluer redox indicator
for assessing cell viability, cell proliferation, and cytotoxicity.
The fluorescence
intensity of AquaBluerTM
at 540ex/590em is proportional to the number of viable cells in the
sample. In addition to being nontoxic, simple to use, sensitive, and
reproducible, AquaBluerTM has several distinctive advantages
over comparable alamar blue and other similar reagents. First, it’s
10x concentrated and costs ~37% less. Secondly, it has 2x wider
linear assay range and could accurately measure near confluent
cultures where alamar blue fails. Finally, it’s more stable. It may
be stored in the dark at 4-22 °C up to 12 months.

AquaStoolTM
Stool
is an accessible, abundant, under-utilized, and noninvasive source
of biospecimen. Fecal DNA and RNA originated from the host,
commensal bacteria, any viruses, fungi, or parasites, and
incompletely digested foods are molecular fingerprints of the host
and its health and disease. AquaStool
is a multifunctional aqueous solution for DNA and RNA isolation and
purification from fecal biospecimens. This single solution functions
to stabilize, preserve, extract fecal DNA/RNA, and remove
contaminating PCR and RT-PCR inhibitors abundant in these
biospecimens. It streamlines stool collection, stabilization,
preservation, DNA/RNA extraction, and molecular
analysis.

AquaPrecipiTM
AquaPrecipiTM is a polymer solution for the removal
of PCR inhibitors from DNA preparations. It is used with
AquaGenomicTM
to purify PCR-ready DNA from fecal and soil materials, which
contain large amount of PCR inhibitors. Fecal
or soil material is incubated in AquaGenomic solution to extract the
DNA. The lysate is then mixed with AquaPrecipi solution and ethanol
to precipitate the DNA. The purified DNA is ready for PCR
amplification. AquaPrecipiTM is the most unique and
effective PCR inhibitor removal reagent on the market. While other
DNA stool kits produce approximately 10-60% of PCR success rate, our
AquaPrecipi purified DNA consistently gives 100% PCR success rate.

AquaPreserveTM
is the world’s first preservative with DNA, RNA, and protein
extraction functionality. It may be used to streamline biospecimen
collection, stabilization, transportation, storage, and extraction.
It preserves biospecimens without causing biomolecule cross-linking,
protects biospecimen integrity, simplifies biospecimen processing,
and reduces processing heterogeneity. Freshly collected cells,
tissues, or organs can be placed in AquaPreserveTM
solution to inactivate enzymatic activities without requiring snap
freezing, shipped to the laboratory without using dry ice, and
stored at room temperature or at 4 or –20 °C until biomolecule
