aqueous solution based products. They
provide greater benefits to the users: simplicity, speed,
scalability, low cost, high yield, and high purity.
AquaPlasmidTM
is
a novel
aqueous solution-based technology for the isolation and purification
of plasmid DNA. The
standout advantages of AquaPlasmid are its low cost, simple
protocol, and high DNA purity. The cost of AquaPlasmid kit is less
than 50% of most spin column based kits on a miniprep basis. Its
protocol is simple. It is easily scalable for mini, midi, and
maxipreps. It can yield 5-10 ug
of plasmid DNA from a milliliter of overnight bacterial culture. The
isolated DNA is ultra pure and often has an A260/A280 ratio of 2.0.

AquaGenomicTM is
a multi-functional aqueous solution for genomic DNA isolation
and purification. A single AquaGenomic Solution can perform
cell lysis, DNA extraction, and debris removal in one step. It
probably is the simplest and fastest method ever developed for
genomic DNA isolation and purification. DNA isolation can be
completed in as little as 15 minutes, even from solid tissues. It is
flexible. This single solution can be used to prepare mini,
midi, or maxi scales of genomic DNA from microbial to animal cells.

AquaRNATM is
a multifunctional aqueous solution for DNA, RNA, and protein
extraction. It functions to lyse the cells, inactivate RNases, and
extract DNA, RNA, and proteins. DNA and RNA (including small RNAs,
such as 5S RNA, tRNA, and microRNA) are readily recovered from the
lysate by isopropanol precipitation, while proteins remain in the
supernatant and can be recovered by acetone precipitation. This
single aqueous solution allows you to simultaneously isolate DNA,
RNA, and proteins for analyses from the same cells, tissue, or
organism under the same experimental conditions. The protocol is
